In terms of product you have purchased, if you are not satisfied with any retail items, please return it to us within 30 days and we will replace or swap it for something of the same value, guaranteed.
STAFF TRAINING
We pride ourselves on our amazing staff and product knowledge. Staff training and education is something we value highly and all staff members are passionate about what they do! We aim to "pass on the knowledge" to the clients and share all we can about the industry we love! Staff attend regular training provided by our key suppliers as well as industry-related workshops to keep up with the on-going developments in beauty therapy.
